Do I need an account?
No. Pick a service, enter the number or meter, and pay. An account adds history, saved cards and saved numbers.
How do I pay?
EcoCash, InnBucks and O’mari approve on your phone. ZimSwitch takes any local bank card, and Visa and Mastercard work too.
Where is my ZESA or water token?
On the receipt as soon as the payment goes through. With an account it’s also kept in your history.
What if a purchase fails?
You see why on the receipt. If you were charged and nothing was delivered, the payment is reversed.
